It is a condition of booking with INKOSI Destination Management Company that you have the correct comprehensive travel and medical insurance to cover yourself, as well as any dependents/travelling companions for the duration of your trip to Africa. This is the sole responsibility of the traveler. This insurance should include cover in respect of, but not limited to, the following eventualities:

Compulsory Insurance:

• Emergency evacuation expenses,

• Medical expenses,

This is with regards to, but not limited to, any of the above mentioned eventualities. Guests will be charged directly by the relevant service providers for any emergency services they may require, and may find themselves in a position of being unable to access such services should they not be carrying the relevant insurance cover.

Health Insurance:

It is compulsory to have full medical, emergency evacuation and repatriation cover for the full period of time that you are travelling.

Cancellation & Curtailment:

If for any reason you cancel your trip, you could forfeit the entire cost. Should you have to leave prior to completion of your journey, we cannot refund you the cost of the portion of the package you do not complete.
